In a world of 25 billion people, a world in the midst of an ecological catastrophe, the privileged few decide to attempt yet another social engineering experiment on a global scale. A war without borders is unleashed upon the so called “Genetically Inferior Persons” or “GIPs”.

Our story follows 2 characters, a cold blooded predator, working for the state authorities, who must face a choice between his duty and his desire and a hunted GIP, who must learn to become a killer himself.
